Well Done!

Tim M. made his first 2 aerotow solos Saturday evening and followed up with 3 more to get his AT rating on Sunday. Tim has sampled training programs in a number of other locales, we're glad he chose WWHGC for his final training flights and first solos. Way to go Tim!

Check out wkowtv.com and in the upper right there is a flash player. Scroll through the videos and you will see a hang glider in flight. It is a piece that channel 27 did a couple weeks ago and it aired last night at 10:00pm. J.D. is a star!

Tug

We fired up the tug last night. Started easy, ran great. Will check fluid levels today and do another run-up. We are good to go for tomorrow. Come out and fly!

Tug Plane

All Club Members,
This is to inform you that the tug will be down for repairs Wednesday and Thursday the 10th and 11th of September. We should only need 2 days to complete the repair but it is possible, of course, that it could take longer. I will keep you posted via the website and mass email. Remember, we have only one tug and maintenance is a requirement, so there will be down time. Hopefully, this down time will be minimal.
