Memorial Day Fly-In

Currently, the forecast for Saturday is a chance of rain with light wind from the north. Sunday shows slightly stronger wind from the east with a lower chance of rain.

Because of the unclear rain forecast, the plan for our fly-in is as follows: The XC, flour bomb drop, and spot landing contest will be held both days! You pick what day or days is best for you.

As for the cookout/fire/party, the current plan is for SATURDAY NIGHT, unless we get rained out.

I hope you all can make it one or both days.

Storage Trailers

Members,

This Friday Paul's West semi trailer is going to be lowered to the ground. The club has tentative plans to lower it's storage trailer at the same time, if the price is right. Won't know if it will work out until Friday AM sometime.

We know there are some fragile wings in the East trailer, so they will be unloaded prior to any work being done. If anyone is out for possible air time this Friday, please be prepared to lend a hand unloading the trailer. Your flying buds will appreciate it very much.

Thanks!

One Of Our Own Needs Help

MEMBERS - We have a club member who needs our help! Chris Braker is experiencing flooding at his property in Dousman WI. If anyone can help with sandbagging or anything else Chris needs, please give him a call at 262-227-9601.

We all know Chris as a "freely giving guy" so if you can, lend a hand to a member in need.

Thanks for your consideration. - Geo

Weekend

It's the weekend and you should be flying! Looks like we should have a great weekend of sun, fun, and hopefully lots of updrafts. Come out to the airport, turn some circles with your friends, and enjoy the campfire in the evening!
